Unfortunately, due to Kent being placed under Tier 3 restrictions we will be unable to run the weightlifting club sessions for the time being. All weightlifting club memberships will be placed on hold until we are able to begin running the sessions again.
The gym will still be open from Wednesday the 2nd December (usual hours) and the latest measures in place can be found on the homepage of the website:

Core Weightlifting Club was established in 2020 upon completion of our dedicated 8 - platform weightlifting area. The goal was to create a state-of-the-art facility that caters for both beginner and competitive weightlifters, as well as leisure users and athletes from other sports.
Unlike many other weightlifting clubs with limited opening hours, we are open from 6am - 10pm during the week and 7am - 8pm at weekends, meaning there can be no excuses for missing a training session!
We run several weightlifting training sessions each week, with a weekly coached session and a weekly beginners class. As well as this, we also have circuit classes, HIIT and Abs classes available for those looking to improve their fitness.
Mon - Fri: 6am - 10pm
Weekends: 7am - 8pm
