Gym opening times:
Mon - Fri: 6am - 10pm
Weekends: 7am - 8pm
Coached training sessions:
Every Mon: 6.30pm - 8pm
Scheduled training sessions*:
Every Wed & Fri: 6.30pm - 8pm
*These sessions will not always have a dedicated coach, so are not recommended for beginners
Beginner & Intermediate Classes:
These are free for all gym members to attend. The times of these classes vary so please get in touch!
