Mon - Fri: 6am - 10pm
Weekends: 7am - 8pm
Coached training sessions:
Every Mon: 6.00pm - 7.30pm
+
Either Weds or Fri: 6.00pm - 7.30pm*
*The second coached session will be either on Weds or Fri and will vary week by week
Beginner & Intermediate Classes:
These are free for all gym members to attend. The times of these classes vary so please get in touch!
